Tai Chi for Strength and Balance


Sponsored by Jeremy McCorristin, DPT and LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s, Tai Chi for Strength and Balance offers people living with Parkinson Disease the benefits of increased balance, improved strength and movement quality, reduction in fall risk, and increased flexibility. Come dressed in comfortable shoes and loose or stretchy clothes.
